You may even be able to spend some time away in one of our partners rental villas somewhere else in the world ,while someone is renting your villa in Bali.
Our property maintenance covers the basics such as general up keep of your property,gardening, pool maintenance and house keeping .and especially security.
We will ensure that all services are maintained during your absence and that all insurance policies are current and up to date.
If your units are rented in our rental reservations,Bali Ocean front will ensure and guarantee that your villa will be clean ,inspected before and after every rental client to ensure that your property is as unique as when you had left it. Our housekeeping staff will run your villa, just like a 5 star hotel room.
What's the cost of this service,around 25% with the balance being credited to your account.
Every property is unique so therefore each maintenance package is tailored to your requirements,you can have all of our services or just a few you decide.
