This is a design one of our clients asked us to design to reflect the image he imagined Bali life would be like for his family. The design was based on a two floor villa with a front and back building to maximize the view of the ocean front in front of this villa. Although this lot was only approx 25 meters wide, our architetects managed to accommodate the clients requirement of open plan living space.

The villa has about 11,000 sq ft of living space and the total cost of building this magnificent villa was about $350,000 US.

Villa can be designed from single units to ultiples, just ask our advise, cost vary on requirements but a ball park figure of a 2,500 sq ft villa with its own infinity pool, would be about $100,000 US.
